Exam Registration

The following are deadlines for exam registration:

• For November exams: 10 September
• For January exams:     30 September
• For May/June exams:  15 January

After the deadline there will an additional charge on the registration. It is advisable to check this with us before registration.

Coursework

Coursework submission is from £55 and needs to be handed to us for

• November exams by: 15 October
• January exams by:     30 November
• June exams by:          5 April

Certification Details

Certification has to be requested on the day of registration and the cost is £24.

After the registration deadline this price goes up to £72.

Re-Marking Details

For remarking a script, there is only have one week after the result publication to send a request to the relevant exam board and the cost starts from £72.

Please note that in order to send your request to the relevant exam board you need to sign a consent form and hand it to us to enable us to act on your behalf.

Requests for Scripts

To request a copy of an exam script, there is a fee of £15. This request must be made within three (3) weeks of the result publication.

To request an original script costs £15, and the request must be made within one week of the exam publication. It is not possible to request the original script if also applying for a re-mark.

Amendments to Registration Details

Amendments can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the exam – there is a fee of £30.

Coursework Appeal

Coursework appeal is available but you will need to inform us in writing and the request will be sent to our principal. If the request is accepted the relevant exam board will be notified and the student will be informed of the outcome of the inquiry.

Oral Exams

You will be informed, after the registration, of the time and the place two weeks prior to the exam date.

Practical Exams

Practical exams are only available to our external students who are taking their practical exams with Edexcel and only for June series. Our external students need to inform us by November 15 each year if they would like to join us for June series.

The registration fees for each practical A-Level and GCSE are from £95 - £500. It is advisable to check the fee before registering with us.

Exam Extra TIme

In certain circumstances it is possible to arrange for students to have extra time in their examination. To apply for this exception, please let us know at the time of registration. We will need a supporting letter from your doctor which will be passed on to the examination board. this application needs to be made at least ten (10) weeks prior to the exam date. We will inform you of the outcome of your request as quickly as possible.
