ACCOMMODATION
Different students have different requirements, and we help all students to find a place to live which is most appropriate to their individual needs. Albion College will give you all possible help in finding the right place.
TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION
Shared Student Flats – Cost £100 - £140 per week. This is the most popular form of accommodation where four to six students share a flat and prepare their own meals. We work with UK Guests, an organisation which specialises in finding comfortable student flats at a reasonable price. We are happy to refer your details to UK Guests, or you may prefer to contact them directly quoting Albion College.
Home stay – Cost £140 - £165 per week. Students live with a family in Zone 2 or 3. The family will either provide meals or allow you to use the kitchen facilities. This type of accommodation provides a secure environment particularly suitable for younger students, and helps students to practice their English as part of the family. Again, we work with UK Guests in finding suitable families. All home stays are carefully inspected and monitored by UK Guests.
Student Hostels – Cost: £100 - £240 per week. Hostels will usually provide some meals or will provide shared cooking facilities. All our hostels are in Zones 1, 2 or 3. Hostels nearer the centre of London tend to be more expensive but offer excellent en suite accommodation. Hostels in Zones 2 and 3 cost less and still offer very comfortable accommodation.
AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE
Albion College will arrange for you to be collected from the airport and taken to your new accommodation. There is a charge of approximately £60 - £90 for this service
