London Centre of Marketing

The Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management

Professional Diploma/ Advanced Professional Diploma in Business Administration

In these programmes, students study for the Association of Business Executives Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration while at the same time benefiting from an invaluable period of work placement in the UK. The programmes provide a thorough foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of business management, and give students the opportunity to consolidate their learning with hands-on experience in the world of business.

While on work placement, students will compile reports on their experience, and complete the programme with a dissertation combining theoretical principles and practical experience.

Once students have successfully completed the two year programmes, they will be awarded with the Diploma or Advanced Diploma from Albion College plus the Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the Association of Business Executives. These qualifications can then be used to show prospective employers a combination of academic achievement and relevant work experience. Alternatively they can be used to pursue other Higher Education qualifications. The Diploma provides access to Year Two of business degree courses at many UK universities, and the Advanced Diploma provides access to Year Three. The qualifications also provide access to Years Two or Three of the University of Derby degree programme at Albion College.
