Diploma in Hospitality Management
This programme is intended for graduates and
diploma holders who wish to pursue a career in
hospitality. It explores global, political, and
social issues within the context of the hospitality
industry, and also examines current trends, focusing
on issues facing managers in terms of corporate
strategy, marketing, financial control, and management
organisation. It is a two year programme - one
